Fun in Seattle

Taylor and I had a fun little get away trip to Seattle this weekend. We went to the temple, the flight museum, the aquarium, pike place market, and the mall! We had a lot of fun exploring the downtown area and watching all of the strange people. We did a lot of shopping, I'm so glad Taylor is a patient and loving assistant shopper. I love him so much!

The flight museum is always a fun place to visit. It was Taylors first time so he had a blast running around looking at all of the planes. We rode in a X-pilot flight simulator, and Taylor was the pilot... it was an interesting ride. We also went to the aquarium which was probably more for little kids, but we liked seeing all the fish, birds, seals, and the cute little otters :)

I haven't been to the Pike Place in a long time. It was fun to look at all of the shops and all of the arts and crafts. There are so many different smells around Pike Place, some really good, and some reallllly bad. Taylor and I also like to people watch, and downtown Seattle is the perfect place for people watching. There are so many weird and crazy people in Seattle! For dinner we went to a restaurant called Ivers. It wasn't the best seafood I've had but it was still good. I guess when I eat shrimp I like a little bit of shrimp and a lot of breading and tartar sauce haha :)
